Our turnkey management contract is month-to-month with 30 days notice to terminate.
Our management fee is 6% of gross revenues. We may also charge a setup fee, which varies depending on the software systems in place at the property.

Our consulting fees are hourly or project based and will be determined by the type and scope of consulting work we will be doing.
